The goal of SYSA's In-Town programming is to introduce young players to the game of soccer.  Programming includes a mixture of basic skills clinics followed by small sided scrimmages where players can practice what they have learned.  The goal at this age is to foster a love of the game and create an environment where players can get as many touches on the ball as possible.

Season is 8 Weeks

Spring Season Age Group Times are dependent on registration numbers. Times listed below are the Spring 2026 times.

Saturdays at Phillips Park

Starts April 11th (No Soccer Memorial Day Weekend)

Grades 1 & 2 Boys: 9:00 - 10:00 

Grade 1 & 2 Girls: 10:00 - 11:00

PreK: 11:00 - 11:45

Kindergarten: 11:45 - 12:45

**Must be a Swampscott or Nahant Resident**

*PreK level is for players age 4 by Sept 1, 2025 (player DOB before 9/1/2021)*
