SYSA does not recommend nor endorse any of the following resources listed below.

There are several local facilities that run leagues in the Winter for various forms of indoor soccer.

Soccer tournaments are a blast for players, parents and coaches usually open to U10 and up.  Typically it is 3 or 4 games played over a long weekend.  Any parent can take the “team” to a tournament (does not require you to be a coach with a ECYSA card) and the “team” can be made up of players from several teams.  Note most tourneys do not allow Club players to participate (and Clubs have their own tournaments).  Most tourneys are “Patch Tournaments” in which players swap town patches after each match.  SYSA gives each team plenty of patches to hand out.  The following is a list of tournaments SYSA teams generally participate in.  Please plan on organizing your tournament team 8 weeks in advance to ensure you get in.

You can use the Standard Roster Form to create your team roster for any tournament.  Form must be signed by the Registrar prior to the tournament.

·        Danvers Invitational Tournament is played on Memorial Day weekend in Danvers

·        Lynn Memorial Day Tournament is played on Memorial Day weekend in Lynn

·        North Reading Fall Classic is played on Labor Day weekend in N. Reading

·        Columbus Day Tournament is played on Columbus Day weekend in N. Andover
